To leave a Google review without a Gmail account, you can search for Heart State Inspections on Google Maps, click “Write a Review,” and when prompted to sign in, choose the option to “Use my current email address instead” to connect your existing email address and submit your review; you do not need to create a separate Gmail account to do this.
